Coffee
We are dedicated to serving the finest single-origin coffees. Each of our coffees has a unique character that has been highlighted through careful roasting, and has been roasted locally at Barrington Coffee Roasting Company within the week. Small, independent, and responsible estates often produce the best coffees, and many of our coffees are fairly traded and certified organic. We believe that buying from small farms and estates promotes sustainable growing practices that are conducive to local and long-term economic development.
Espresso
We are fastidious about our espresso and its preparation. We use the finest northern Italian style espresso blend, grind each shot to order, and serve triple ristretto espressos in all of our espresso drinks. We obsess about our espresso - frequently adjusting the grind, tamping pressure, machine temperature, and so on - because there is nothing quite like the unctuous, gooey, and aromatic experience of a perfect espresso.
Tea
We offer the finest and most pleasing organic, biodynamic, wild-crafted, and artisanal tea. We purchase our tea from importers who buy from small estates and travel the world each season to maintain close relationships with the farmers and artisans who produce our teas. We keep a stock of 20-30 teas that changes seasonally, but which always features excellent white, green, oolong, black, and pu-erh teas, as well as several caffeine-free botanicals.
